It is the rider on the white horse in Revelation 6, that has been let loose. It is the Messiah himself who is releasing this horse, which represents deception, and giving the rider a crown of victory.
Session 3: The Parousia of Messiah
The Greek word parousia is the primary word used in the Apostolic Scriptures (New Testament) about the second coming of Messiah. It is never used about his first coming. The word is a technical term used in the days of the Roman Empire that clears up a lot of the controversy and confusion that surround the teaching about the end times.
